We have two floodlit tennis courts, two junior tennis courts and a pavilion with a kitchen, changing rooms, toilets etc. The courts were resurfaced in 2014.
There are no restrictions. All full members can apply for a key. There is a payment of $5 to be made, and you will be refunded this money if you relinquish your key.
Players of all standards are welcome to attend the Sunday afternoons (from 2pm) or Wednesday evening coaching sessions (5-6pm for juniors, 7-9pm for adults). Tennis is a surprisingly quick sport to pick up and start having fun. All you need is a pair of trainers and a sense of fun.
No, we realize you might want to try before you buy. Nonmembers are welcome to attend coaching and social tennis to see if the club is right for them. League rules require you to be a member before playing competitively for the club.
Coaching is available on Wednesday evenings, 5 to 6 pm for mini tennis (primary age), 6 to 7 pm for juniors. We run a junior Under 16 team in the San Diego League, playing throughout the summer and we hold a junior tournament.
Yes. The club has junior and adult racquets which can be borrowed for club activities. Racquets can be borrowed for coaching or social play.
Sunday afternoons from 2pm when friendly social tennis is played. There’ll always be a set and cup of tea on offer for anyone wanting to join in. Wednesday evenings from 7pm for adult coaching.
Yes. We have teams playing men’s, ladies’ and mixed doubles throughout the year. We compete in the San Diego League and indoor California summer league. We have teams catering for all standards.
Yes. Guests should pay $3 per session, limited to 3 in one year, and the money should be placed in the box in the clubhouse. You should also fill in the visitors' book, with the name of your guest and how much you have paid.
